Crafto Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how PRIMETRACE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Crafto", "we", "our", or "us" or “Primetrace”) collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses personal data of users who access or interact with the Crafto platform, including our mobile application.

Crafto does not collect sensitive personal data such as financial details, health data, biometric identifiers, or passwords. We collect limited personal data necessary to provide our services. This includes:

1.2 Information Collected Automatically:

• • Users may delete their account through the account settings available on the Platform or by requesting deletion of their data by emailing support@crafto.app. We will process such requests within the timeframe required under applicable law, subject to any statutory, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations that may require limited retention of certain information. Registration information and removed or disabled content may be retained for 180 days, or for a longer period where required or permitted under applicable law.
