Crafto Pricing, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At Crafto, we have flexible premium plans to provide you with access to special templates and features aimed at improving your content creation experience. Here is everything you need to know regarding our pricing, cancellations, and refund policy.

Subscription Plans & Validity

Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days
Quarterly Plan: Valid for 120 days
Annual Plan: Valid for 365 days

These premium plans let you access new templates and designs to help you create more engaging and meaningful content every day, so you can keep sharing with your loved ones.

Recurring Subscription Details

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current plan ends.
iOS Users: Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
Renewal charges are processed up to 24 hours before your current plan expires.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your App Store account settings.
Important: Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.

UPI Autopay

Subscriptions in India are renewed using UPI Autopay for a seamless and easy-to-use experience.
Renewals are initiated up to 96 hours before your plan expires to ensure uninterrupted access to your existing plan.
If payment fails, we’ll retry for up to 20 days before cancelling your subscription.
You can disable autopay or choose an alternative payment method at the time of purchase.
You can unsubscribe anytime, but your benefits of the premium plan will continue until the current plan period ends.
As per policy, no refunds are issued for payments made before cancellation.

Legal Terms

Interpretation of these terms is at Crafto’s sole discretion.
All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Jurisdiction lies with the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
